When will my order ship?

Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays). Large in-stock furniture items will ship in 2-4 weeks. Any back ordered items display the estimated date of restock on your order confirmation which are subject to change. Estimated back order dates do not reflect shipping and processing time; please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for your item to ship. Made to order items are made based on the lead times displayed on each product page which does not include shipment time. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. For all types of orders, you will receive tracking information via email as soon as it's shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

We recommend creating a Customer Account so you can check on the status of your order. Here, you can find your estimated ship date as well as a complete history of all your orders.

When will my payment processed?

All payments are processed and collected at the time of order placement, regardless of lead time or back order dates.

Will I receive updates on item lead times?

We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for delivery. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order may ship once all items are completed. To check on the status of your order at any time, simply log into your account.

What if an item is backordered?

If the product you like cannot be added to the shopping cart or is out of stock, please contact us immediately,

How do I make a returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 30th day to be eligible for a refund. Please visit our Returns page to begin a return for your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We offer a 48-hour grace period for order cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@dokolight.com within 48 hours for assistance.

Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed?

If we have not shipped your original order, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments.

What is the availability of Dokolight products?

All lumioshine lighting products are assembled in China. For international orders we need 1-4 days to prepare the package. We will notify you by email when the package has been shipped. Our lights are wired according to the certification requirements of the destination country, including UL in the United States.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping, free shipping 4-6 weeks delivery. Faster shipping incurs an additional fee based on your country, please select Fast Shipping at checkout. We ship worldwide but are DAP compliant (duties and taxes not paid).

What Is Delivered-at-Place (DAP)?

Delivered-at-place (DAP) is an international trade term used to describe a deal in which a seller agrees to pay all costs and suffer any potential losses of moving goods sold to a specific location. In delivered-at-place agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.
