Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@lumioshine.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will cover all costs and provide a full refund or free replacement in these cases.

Full Refund Cases

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The product is damaged due to a quality issue or transit damage
  • The item was not delivered within 90 days
  • The item was returned to sender undelivered

We bear all costs for the above and guarantee 100% refund or free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in original, unused condition and original packaging
  • Light bulbs
  • Custom or special-order products made to your specifications
  • Orders valued at $5,000 or more
  • Sale items and gift cards

For items not eligible for return, return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Cancellations made before shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking and payment processing costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please accept delivery and then contact us to arrange a return.

Cannot Stop an In-Transit Delivery

We are unable to intercept or redirect packages once they have shipped. Our products ship internationally via sea freight or air courier. Please accept the delivery when it arrives, then contact us to begin the return process.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
