ظل الزجاج المحزز يظهر نسيجه المحزز حتى عندما يكون المصباح مطفأً، لذا فإن التباين اللطيف في الأخاديد بين القطع جزء من طابعها المصنوع بحرفية يدوية. امسح جسم المعادن بقطعة قماش ناعمة وجافة فقط، مع تجنب منظفات تحتوي على الأمونيا أو الكاشطات.

كيف يتم تركيب مصباح Benny؟
يُثبّت بشكل دائم على صندوق تقاطع معياري، بواسطة كهربائي مؤهل. أربع خطوات:
  1. قطع التيار والتحقق من الأسلاك. أطفئ الدائرة من جهاز القطع الكهربائي والتحقق من أن إمداد الصندوق الحائطي متطابق مع AC 110 – 240 V.
  2. ركب القاعدة. أمّن قاعدة معدنية إلى صندوق الوصل، ثم طابق السلك للسلك والمحايد للمحايد والأرضي.
  3. ثبت المصباح (المصابيح). أدرج مصباح E12/E14 الخاص بك — واحد للنمط الفردي أو اثنين للنمط الثنائي.
  4. أرفق ظل الزجاج المحزز وأعد التيار الكهربائي. ركب الظل على القاعدة وأعد تشغيل الدائرة.
كيف يبدو نسيج الزجاج المحزز فعلياً؟
يحتوي الظل على أخاديد رأسية ناعمة مضغوطة في الزجاج — يمكنك رؤية ولمس النسيج حتى عندما يكون المصباح مطفأً، حيث يمسك الضوء والظل على طول سطحه. عند إضاءة المصباح، تفصل الأخاديس التوهج إلى ضوء ناعم ومنقوش بدلاً من توهج مسطح وموحد، وهذا هو ما يعطي التركيب نمط دافئ وبريق طفيف.
ما نوع المصابيح المطلوبة، وكم عددها؟
يستخدم Benny مصابيح ذات قاعدة E12 أو E14، تُباع بشكل منفصل، وتُقدر بحد أقصى 15 واط لكل منها. يستخدم النموذج الفردي مصباحاً واحداً، والنموذج المزدوج يستخدم اثنين. يحافظ مصباح LED دافئ الأبيض بقوة 15 واط أو أقل على التوهج الناعم من خلال الزجاج المحزز.

Brass Colouring /Chemical Finishing

Brass colour is not paint — it's the result of chemical reaction, electroplating or mechanical treatment applied directly to the metal. The colour cannot peel.

Chemical Oxidation → Antique, aged brown, verdigris. Electroplating → Nickel, chrome. Mechanical Brushing → Satin texture.
