Our skilled craftsmen bring your design to life inside our owned facilities — 100,000+ sq ft in mainland China and 90,000+ sq ft in Vietnam. Every component is handcrafted and quality-checked against the approved sample. Complex multi-fixture or large-scale commercial orders may require an additional week — we confirm your timeline upfront.
Before your order leaves our facility, we photograph and video every fixture in detail — finish, dimensions, packaging, and assembly. You receive these for final approval. If anything doesn't match the agreed specification, we fix it before dispatch. Always.
Every custom order includes a personalised assembly video made specifically for your fixture. If you encounter any challenge during installation, our US-based team is on hand via email or phone — we do everything possible to ensure you successfully complete the install.
