Due to variations in the manufacturing process, the color effect of each batch of glass may present subtle differences. This is expected for hand-worked glass and is part of the piece's character, not a defect. Wipe with a dry, soft cloth only, avoiding ammonia-based or abrasive cleaners.

Before you order

How is the Ashor installed?
Hardwired onto a standard junction box, by a qualified electrician. Four steps:
  1. Cut power & confirm wiring. Switch off the circuit at your breaker and confirm the ceiling box supply matches your local voltage.
  2. Set your drop. The standard hanging chain is 19.7″; custom lengths are available if you need a different drop.
  3. Mount the canopy. Secure the base to the junction box, then match line-to-line, neutral-to-neutral, and ground.
  4. Fit the bulb & restore power. Thread in your E12/E14 bulb (max 15W) and switch the circuit back on.
Why might my glass color look slightly different from the photos?
Due to variations in the manufacturing process, the color effect of each batch of glass may present subtle differences. This is normal for hand-worked colored glass — no two batches are perfectly identical, and slight variation in tone or clarity is part of the piece's handmade character rather than a flaw.
What's the difference between the Frame Finish and Glass Tints?
"Frame Finish" is the structural metal that anchors the fixture, offered in Gold or Nickel Color. "Glass Tints" refers to the sculptural glass form itself, offered in Green, Blue, Caramel, Pink, or White. The two are chosen independently — for example, a Gold frame with Caramel glass reads warm and organic, while a Nickel frame with Blue or White glass reads cooler and more contemporary.
What bulb does it take?
The Ashor takes a standard E12 or E14 base bulb, sold separately, rated to a maximum of 15W. A warm-white LED lets the sculptural glass form read as the fixture's main visual focus rather than the light source itself.
