Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing you with a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Special or custom orders may require additional processing time. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Where Do We Ship From?

Orders are shipped from either our manufacturing facility in Asia or our local warehouse in the United States, depending on product availability. If an item is out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, the order will be fulfilled directly from our overseas supply chain.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Free)

Standard shipping is free to all supported destinations. We ship via ocean freight combined with local carrier delivery (such as UPS) for door-to-door service. Orders using standard shipping typically arrive within 4–6 weeks.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Due to the size and nature of our products, items may arrive in multiple packages.

Expedited Shipping (Paid)

Expedited shipping is available via EMS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks. Expedited shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

You can track your order at any time via 17track.net or by contacting our support team.

Import Duties and Taxes

For customers in the United States, EU, and Canada using standard shipping, import duties are covered by our shipping partner — you will not be charged at the door.

For customers in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, or Hungary, we strongly recommend using the standard shipping channel to avoid potential customs charges.

For all other destinations and for expedited shipping orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Cannot Stop an In-Transit Delivery

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to intercept or cancel it.

  • Standard Shipping: Your order travels in a consolidated sea freight container and cannot be isolated or stopped until it clears customs and is handed to a local carrier.
  • Expedited Shipping: Your package is in the global network of an air courier such as FedEx and cannot be recalled once in their system.

Please accept the delivery when it arrives. If you wish to return the item, contact us at support@lumioshine.com and we will provide return authorization and instructions.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, or once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Address Changes

We offer a limited window to guarantee address modifications:

  • Within 2 calendar days of ordering: We can typically process the change free of charge before your order is picked up by the carrier.
  • After 2 calendar days: Your order may already be with our fulfillment partner or carrier. Address changes cannot be guaranteed and will incur carrier fees, which will be invoiced to you.

It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Insurance

All orders include shipping insurance. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumioshine.com with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please first check with neighbors and around your property — packages are occasionally left in an unexpected location. If the package is still missing the following day, contact the carrier directly to open a trace. All missing package claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails (for example, due to an incorrect address or missed signature), the carrier will hold the package temporarily before returning it to us. Return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be invoiced to you. If you no longer want the item, a refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee. We must hear from you within 30 days of the item being returned to us.

Delayed Delivery

If circumstances beyond our control delay your delivery beyond the estimated date, we will notify you of the revised timeline. If we are unable to deliver your order within 90 days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We currently ship to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Canada, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Ireland, Estonia, Hong Kong, Israel, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Mongolia, Philippines, Pakistan, Vietnam, and India.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, American Samoa, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, Western Samoa, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, San Marino, and all countries in Africa and South America.
