Wipe with a dry, soft cloth only; avoid ammonia-based or abrasive cleaners, which can dull the Chrome finish.

How is the Petal Murano installed?

Hardwired onto a standard junction box, by a qualified electrician. Four steps:

Cut power & confirm wiring. Switch off the circuit at your breaker and confirm the ceiling box supply matches AC 110 – 240 V.
Set your drop. The standard hanging chain is 19.7″; custom lengths are available if you need a different drop.
Mount the canopy. Secure the base to the junction box, then match line-to-line, neutral-to-neutral, and ground.
Fit the bulbs & restore power. Thread in your E12/E14 bulbs (max 15W each) and switch the circuit back on.

What's the difference between the Frame Finish and Petal Tints?

"Frame Finish" is the branching Chrome metalwork that holds the fixture together — it comes in Chrome only. "Petal Tints" refers to the individual Murano glass petals, offered in White or White Cloud. White reads cleaner and more translucent, letting more light through; White Cloud has a softer, frosted opacity that diffuses the glow more gently.

What bulbs does it take, and how many do I need?

The Petal Murano takes E12 or E14 base bulbs, sold separately, rated to a maximum of 15W each. Bulb count matches the light count: 4 for the Bud, 6 for the Sprig, 9 for the Cluster, and 12 for the Bloom. A warm-white LED at or under 15W keeps the glow soft and even through the Murano glass.

Which size should I choose for my room?

The 4-Light Bud (∅15.7″) suits a smaller entryway or breakfast nook. The 6-Light Sprig (∅19.7″) works well over a standard dining table or in a master bedroom. The 9-Light Cluster (∅23.6″) reads as a stronger centerpiece for a larger dining room. The 12-Light Bloom (∅31.5″) is the grandest scale — best for a foyer, formal dining room, or double-height space where it needs to command the room.
