Every Lumioshine lighting fixture is manufactured and bench-tested to meet high industry standards for electrical safety, structural integrity, and finish quality — minimizing risks long before the piece reaches your door.
Our policy includes up to $2,000,000 in Products-Completed Operations coverage, meaning you remain protected even after the fixture has been hung, wired, and turned on — coverage that follows the product, not just the purchase.
In the rare event of a product-related incident, our specialist team handles documentation, evidence review, and coordination with the insurer on your behalf — replying within 24 hours so the process moves at the speed you need it to.
Product failures are extremely rare — but if a safety incident or damage ever occurs, we have a clear, three-step process to ensure you're supported every step of the way.
If a critical issue occurs, make sure your immediate environment is safe — switch off the breaker for that circuit and keep the area clear. Take clear photos of the fixture and any related damage.
Reach out to our support team with the incident details and photographic evidence. We begin an internal review the same business day and walk you through the next steps personally.
If the incident qualifies as a valid liability claim, we provide all necessary policy details and certificate documentation to initiate a formal review directly with the insurer.
