Shipping Protection is an optional service you can add in the cart. It covers your order against loss or damage in transit — if a protected order arrives damaged or never arrives, Lumioshine replaces it free of charge or refunds you in full. No carrier claims, no waiting on a third party.
What is covered
- Lost in transit: covered once the carrier confirms non-delivery. Delays caused by customs, weather or inspections are not considered lost.
- Damaged in transit: report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.
What is not covered
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
- Unclaimed packages or refused deliveries.
- Orders placed without Shipping Protection.
How to file a claim
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos. We reply within one business day and arrange a free replacement or a full refund of the protected items.
Cost
The fee is calculated from your order value and shown in the cart before you decide. It is not refundable once the order has shipped.
