The pleated fabric shade should be spot-cleaned gently with a dry, soft brush — avoid water or wet cleaning, which can flatten or stain the pleats. Wipe the brass arm with a dry cloth only.

How is the Adesso installed?

Hardwired onto a standard junction box, by a qualified electrician. Four steps:

Cut power & confirm wiring. Switch off the circuit at your breaker and confirm the wall box supply matches AC 110 – 240 V.
Mount the base. Secure the base to the junction box, then match line-to-line, neutral-to-neutral, and ground.
Fit the bulb(s). Thread in your E12/E14 bulb — one for the Single, two for the Double.
Attach the pleated shade(s) & restore power. Fit the fabric shade to the curved arm and switch the circuit back on.

What bulbs does it take, and how many do I need?

The Adesso takes E12 or E14 base bulbs, sold separately, rated to a maximum of 15W each. The Single takes one bulb, the Double takes two. A warm-white LED at or under 15W lets the pleated shade diffuse a soft, even glow.

Which body finish should I choose?

Brass reads warmest and most classic, in keeping with the fixture's graceful, traditional character. Black gives a more graphic, modern contrast against the white pleated shade. Chrome is cooler and quieter, pairing well with silver-toned hardware elsewhere in the room.

How do I care for the pleated fabric shade?

Spot-clean gently with a dry, soft brush to lift dust from the pleats. Avoid water or wet cleaning, which can flatten the pleats or leave water marks. Keep the shade away from direct moisture and steam, in line with its IP20 indoor-only rating.

Brass Colouring /Chemical Finishing

Brass colour is not paint — it's the result of chemical reaction, electroplating or mechanical treatment applied directly to the metal. The colour cannot peel.

Chemical Oxidation → Antique, aged brown, verdigris. Electroplating → Nickel, chrome. Mechanical Brushing → Satin texture.
