Before you order

Is the "won't chip if dropped" claim realistic, or just marketing?
It's a real property of the process: baked enamel finish is cured onto the aluminum at high heat, bonding the paint to the metal far more durably than a standard sprayed or air-dried coating, which is prone to chipping on impact. It's also fade-resistant, so the color holds up to light exposure over time in a way ordinary painted finishes don't. That said, "won't chip" describes normal handling and accidental drops, not a guarantee against every possible impact.
Six colors is a lot — how should I pick?
White and Black are the most versatile, working with almost any room's existing palette. Orange, Green, and Red are bolder, vibrant statement colors that suit a kitchen island, breakfast nook, or playful accent space where you want the fixture itself to be a focal point. Beige Grey is the most muted, neutral option if you want the minimalist dome shape to read without a strong color statement.
How do I choose between the 4-Light and 6-Light size?
Both share the same H7.9″ height, so the choice comes down to diameter and light count. The ∅17.7″ 4-Light suits a smaller kitchen island or breakfast table, while the ∅23.6″ 6-Light spreads light across a longer island or larger dining table.
How many bulbs does each size need?
Four E26/E27 bulbs for the 4-Light, six for the 6-Light, sold separately, rated up to 40W each. Match your bulb's color temperature to the shade color you choose — warm-white pairs especially well with the bolder colors like Orange and Red.
