The Inspiration
A quiet drift of glass petals, color caught in light.
The Lirata is a tiered glass-petal chandelier drawn from the Italian decorative-glass tradition — a layered form developed by Venetian and Lombard makers in the mid-twentieth century, in which long curved leaves of textured cased glass are arranged in concentric rings around a central frame.
Each glass leaf is hand-finished, vertically ribbed, and flecked with color so that the panes refract softly into one another when lit — closer to a slow-falling petal storm than a conventional chandelier. The frame is shaped from brass-finished iron, with a slim turned wood detail at the stem. Made for the rooms in an American home built around a long table and a real ceiling — dining rooms, foyers, primary bedrooms, and great rooms.
Two Sizes
Two scaled variants — same height, two diameters. Choose by the width of your table or the footprint of your room.
Best for breakfast nooks, smaller dining tables (4–6 seats), and primary bedrooms with a 9-foot ceiling.
Best for foyers, full dining tables (6–8 seats), and open living rooms with 10-foot ceilings or higher.
The Make
Hand-shaped iron frame, ring brackets, and ceiling canopy in a brass-tone finish.
Hand-finished glass leaves with vertical ribs and color-flecked surface, in six options.
Where It Lives
A tiered chandelier wants ceiling height and a clear line of sight. Below are the four placements customers most often choose for the Lirata in American homes.
Hung over the table at roughly 30–34 inches above the surface, the multicolor cased glass casts a warm, jewel-toned wash on linen and glassware. The 6-light suits most dining rooms; the 5-light works for smaller tables.
Positioned in the entry, the Lirata reads as a small piece of color-glass sculpture — a quiet first impression that warms the room without dominating it. The 6-light works in most American foyers.
Centered over the foot of a king bed, the 5-light reads as quiet warmth — substantial enough to anchor the ceiling, soft enough to leave on at low light. The single-color glass options suit calmer bedrooms best.
Above a sofa-and-chair seating arrangement, the 6-light becomes the visual anchor of the room. Pair with low ambient lighting for layered, restaurant-style depth and a touch of mid-century color.
The Particulars
Bulb sold separately — fits a standard E12 or E14 base, 15 W maximum per light. Hardwired install by a qualified electrician onto a standard US ceiling junction box. Each glass leaf is hand-finished, so small variations in color depth, fleck pattern, and edge curve are normal — they're a mark of the handcraft, not a defect.

For Trade & Specifiers
Fusing Italy's national treasure of Murano handcrafted glass with state-of-the-art optical engineering, Lumioshine presents an ethereal symphony of light and color for your bespoke space.
Explore The Series →Murano glass is not merely illumination; it is a profound curation of space. Each piece is handblown by master Venetian artisans near 1400°C kilns, freezing fluid reflections and temporal colors into immortal luxury.
Every Lumioshine Murano fixture carries the legacy of Murano Island's centuries-old "art of breath and fire." Without static machine molds, master glassblowers use organic muscle memory to shape molten silica into distinct, alive works of art.
This meticulous craftsmanship celebrates exquisite natural variations. Mild mineral bubbles and fluid ripples are the signature authenticity marks of genuine hand-blown luxury, ensuring your ceiling is anything but ordinary.
Fusing Centuries of Murano Artistry with Precision Luminescence
Traditional art glass chandeliers often struggle with optimal luminescence. Lumioshine revolutionizes this by integrating custom flicker-free LED sources (CRI 95+), filtering precise light rays through translucent mineral-infused glass to deliver glare-free, highly atmospheric luminance.
This is not merely a transient visual showcase, but a pioneering exploration of redefining modern optical spaces through classic Venetian romanticism.
Every Murano glass component is a meticulously tuned instrument of light. From the clear aquamarine of the lagoon to the gold leaf dust of historic kilns, we transform raw rays into delicate atmospheric waves.
The ultimate clarity of raw silica, sculpted into multidimensional facets, turns everyday light into a dreamlike glow.
Fusing gold leaf, silver leaf, cobalt, and copper directly into the molten batch, creating depth that never fades under solar exposure.
Sourced from ultra-pure quartz sands to guarantee a completely translucent body, allowing unobstructed, pristine light transmission.
Every piece is hand-carved with non-symmetrical facets, triggering multiple internal reflections that paint your walls with liquid ripple shadows.
Organic microscopic air bubbles and hand-drawn striations act as the luxurious watermark of authentic blowing, keeping each lamp unique.
Each creation is a marriage of exquisite form and radiant beauty—radiating a captivating glow that transforms any room into a place of wonder. We offer bespoke customization for mineral color palettes and hand-drawn textures.
Each rod is drawn with absolute precision by master hands. The molten glass is elongated under controlled tension, consolidating fluid reflections into slender, fluted prisms. The intricate vertical ridges bend light into a structured, architectural display of modern minimalism.
Carrying forward Murano's signature relief craft, hot molten glass is instantly quenched to etch the surface with organic crackle patterns. Upon illumination, light shatters through this textured relief, bathing the interior in a snow-like, gentle glow.
Celebrating the kinetic poetry of liquid glass, master artisans spin the raw plates centrifugally to naturally expand and leave ripple-like concentric waves. Every organic wave captures the physical rhythm of Venetian glassblowing.
