Prima di ordinare

Devo scegliere la versione a 2 luci o a 3 luci?
Dipende dalla superficie sottostante. La 2 luci (50 cm / 19,7″ di larghezza) si adatta a tavoli da pranzo di 1,2 – 1,6 m, isole cucina fino a circa 1,5 m, e tavoli rotondi d'ingresso. La 3 luci (70 cm / 27,6″ di larghezza) è progettata per tavoli di 1,6 – 2,2 m, isole più lunghe, e corridoi dove desiderate un ritmo continuo di luce. Come regola generale, l'apparecchio dovrebbe trovarsi più in basso della superficie di almeno 30 cm su ogni lato.
A che altezza dovrebbe essere sospeso sopra il tavolo o l'isola?
Per tavoli da pranzo e isole cucina, la parte inferiore della paralume dovrebbe trovarsi approssimativamente a 75 – 90 cm (30 – 35″) sopra la superficie — abbastanza alta da non ostruire la vista attraverso il tavolo, abbastanza bassa da mantenere la luce intima. Per ingressi e corridoi senza superficie sottostante, garantite almeno 2,1 m (7 ft) di spazio dal pavimento. L'asta è in ottone rigido, rifinita per abbinarsi all'apparecchio; non è riducibile in loco, quindi la lunghezza ordinata è quella che riceverete.
Quante lampadine servono e è dimmerabile?
Una lampadina per paralume — quindi la versione a 2 luci richiede due lampadine e la versione a 3 luci richiede tre. Ogni portalampada è una base candelabro E12 o E14, massimo 40 W, vendute separatamente. Consigliamo una lampadina LED filamento bianco caldo a 2700 K. L'apparecchio funziona con interruttori standard; per la regolazione dell'intensità, abbinate una lampadina LED dimmerabile a un dimmer da parete compatibile — sopra un tavolo da pranzo è quello che trasforma la stanza da luminosità mattutina a intimità serale.
Richiede un elettricista e funziona al di fuori del Nord America?
Sì per la prima domanda — la Sospensione Alexa è collegata fisso a un plafone standard, quindi un elettricista qualificato monterà il rosone, livellers l'asta, e appenderà le paralume. E sì per la seconda — l'apparecchio è certificato per il Nord America, l'Europa, l'Australia e l'Arabia Saudita, e accetta voltaggio universale AC 110 – 240 V. Brass colour is not paint — it's the result of chemical reaction, electroplating or mechanical treatment applied directly to the metal. The colour cannot peel.

Chemical Oxidation → Antique, aged brown, verdigris. Electroplating → Nickel, chrome. Mechanical Brushing → Satin texture.
