Moet ik kiezen voor 2 of 3 lichten?
Het hangt af van het oppervlak eronder. De 2-light (50 cm / 19.7″ breed) past bij eettafels van 1,2 – 1,6 m, keukeneilanden tot ongeveer 1,5 m en ronde entreeëtafels. De 3-light (70 cm / 27.6″ breed) is gemaakt voor tafels van 1,6 – 2,2 m, langere eilanden en gangsecties waar u een continue lichtritme wilt. Als algemene regel geldt: het armatuur moet minimaal 30 cm korter zijn dan het oppervlak aan elke kant.
Hoe hoog boven de tafel of het eiland moet het hangen?
Voor eettafels en keukeneilanden moet de onderkant van de kap ongeveer 75 – 90 cm (30 – 35″) boven het oppervlak hangen — hoog genoeg om het zicht over de tafel vrij te houden, laag genoeg om het licht intiem te houden. Voor entreeën en gangen zonder tafel eronder, zorg voor minstens 2,1 m (7 ft) ruimte vanaf de vloer. De standaard 15.7″ stang past bij plafonds van ongeveer 2,6 – 2,8 m; voor hogere plafonds kunt u bij checkout om een aangepaste lengte vragen.
Kan de ophangstang langer of korter worden gemaakt?
Ja — de standaard stang is 15.7″ (40 cm), en we snijden aangepaste lengtes op bestelling voor trappenhallen, dubbelhogte entreeën of ongewoon lage plafonds. Noteer uw gewenste lengte in de opmerkingen bij de bestelling of neem vóór het afrekenen contact met ons op. De stang is solide messing, afgewerkt om bij het armatuur te passen; deze kan niet ter plaatse worden ingekort, dus de lengte die u bestelt is de lengte die u ontvangt.
Hoeveel lampen zijn nodig en kan het gedempt worden?
Één lamp per kap — dus de 2-light heeft twee nodig en de 3-light drie. Elke fitting is een kaars E12 of E14 basis, maximaal 40 W, apart verkrijgbaar. Wij adviseren een warm-wit LED-filament van 2700 K. Het armatuur werkt met standaardschakelaars; voor dimmen kunt u een dimmable LED combineren met een compatibele wanddimmer — boven een eettafel verandert het de ruimte van ontbijthel tot dineramtaal.
Heb ik een elektricien nodig en werkt het buiten Noord-Amerika?
Ja op de eerste vraag — de Alexa Hanglamp is elektrisch aangesloten op een standaard plafondkoppeling, dus een gekwalificeerd elektricien zal de baldakijn monteren, de stang nivelleren en de kappen ophangen. En ja op de tweede — het armatuur is gecertificeerd voor Noord-Amerika, Europa, Australië en Saoedi-Arabië en accepteert AC 110 – 240 V universele spanning. Zorg ervoor dat uw lampen aan uw lokale fitting passen.
