Beide afwerkingen krijgen karakter naarmate ze ouder worden — Antiek Messing heeft al een rijke patina, terwijl Messing geleidelijk aan zal verzachten met het verstrijken van de tijd. Schoon te maken met een droge, zachte doek; vermijd ammonia-houdende of schurende reinigingsmiddelen.

Hoe wordt de Frida geïnstalleerd?
Vast op een standaard aansluitingsdoos, door een gekwalificeerde elektricien. Vier stappen:
  1. Stroomtoevoer onderbreken en bedrading controleren. Zet het circuit uit bij uw zekeringkast en controleer of de plafondbox-voeding overeenkomt met AC 110–240 V.
  2. Stel uw ophanglengte in. De standaard ophangdraad is 59″; aangepaste lengtes zijn beschikbaar als u een ander zakken nodig heeft.
  3. Bevestig de plafondplaat. Zet de 4,7″ plafondplaat aan de aansluitdoos vast, en sluit vervolgens fase op fase, nul op nul en aarde aan.
  4. Plaats de lamp & schakel het vermogen in. Schroef uw E12/E14-lamp (max. 15W) in en zet het circuit weer aan.
Wat is het verschil tussen Antiek Messing en Messing?
Antiek Messing heeft een rijke, matte patina die al verwerkt zit in de afwerking, wat het meteen een geleefd, traditioneel karakter geeft. Messing heeft een helderder, meer glanzend uiterlijk dat geleidelijk zijn eigen zachte patina ontwikkelt naarmate het ouder wordt en gebruikt. Beide zijn hetzelfde onderliggende materiaal — het gaat erom of je die warme, ingelopen look nu wilt of gaandeweg.
Welke lamp kan erin?
De Frida past een standaard E12 of E14 fitting, apart verkrijgbaar, geschikt voor maximaal 15W. Een warm-witte LED past het beste bij het ingetogen, luxe karakter van de armatuur.
Welke hoogte moet ik kiezen?
Beide hebben dezelfde doorsnede van 4,5″, dus de keuze gaat om de verhoudingen. De Compact (H 7,1″) is geschikt voor een ruimte met lage plafonds of voor een cluster van meerdere hanglampen op verschillende hoogtes. De Lange (H 9,3″) biedt een wat langere vorm, ideaal voor een enkele hanglamp boven een console of nachtkastje waar je meer visuele impact wilt.

Brass Colouring /Chemical Finishing

Brass colour is not paint — it's the result of chemical reaction, electroplating or mechanical treatment applied directly to the metal. The colour cannot peel.

Chemical Oxidation → Antique, aged brown, verdigris. Electroplating → Nickel, chrome. Mechanical Brushing → Satin texture.
