De gloeilampen zijn zichtbaar in plaats van bedekt — zal dat niet te fel zijn voor een eettafel?
De kaarsstijl gloeilampen zitten blootgesteld boven elk geribd glazen bobèche, wat de traditionele takkeluchter-look is, maar het licht zelf is multidirectioneel in plaats van een enkele harde bundel — het verstrooit zich over de kristaldraden en glazen kolom voordat het de ruimte bereikt. Het kiezen van een candelabra-stijl gloeilamp met een warm, zacht gloeifilament (in plaats van een helder, hoog-output exemplaar) behoudt de authentieke look zonder hard licht op ooghoogte.
Waar zijn de geribd bobèches en de centrale glazen kolom eigenlijk voor?
De geribd glazen bobèches zijn de kleine schotelvormige stukken die onder elk kaarsstijl gloeilamp zitten, historisch bedoeld om druipend kaarsvet op echte kaarsfixtures op te vangen — hier zijn ze een decoratieve verwijzing naar die traditie. De centrale glazen kolom loopt door het midden van de fixture als structurele en visuele wervelkolom, die de takken aan elkaar bindt en nog een oppervlak toevoegt waar licht doorheen kan gaan.
Alle drie de formaten zijn even hoog — wat verandert er eigenlijk als ik omhoog ga in grootte?
Alleen de spreiding en het aantal lichten: de 6-Light Chapel (∅27,6″), 8-Light Manor (∅33,7″) en 10-Light Estate (∅37,6″) zitten allemaal op dezelfde 23,7″ hoogte, dus als je omhoog gaat in grootte, wordt de voetprint van de fixture breder en voegt zich meer takken en kristaldraden toe in plaats van het hoger te maken. Match de diameter aan uw tafelbreedte of foyer-breedte in plaats van je zorgen te maken over veranderde plafondhoogte tussen formaten.
Hoeveel gloeilampen heb ik nodig en welk type?
