What bulb best brings out the sea-glass glow?
The Mollo takes a standard G9 base bulb — one for the Solo, two for the Twin — sold separately. For the dewy, "lit-from-within" effect described in the product story, we recommend a frosted warm-white LED at 2700K, around 25 – 40 W equivalent. Frosted is essential — clear filament bulbs create visible hot spots through the translucent resin and break the polished-jade illusion. Stay below 40 W equivalent so the resin stays cool and even.
How does each finish read when lit?
Each finish transforms differently once the bulb is on — that's part of the Mollo's appeal. Light Green reads most like polished jade, with the warmest sea-glass softness. White diffuses to an almost milk-glass calm, perfect over a vanity or in a hallway. Red is the boldest — unlit it reads as a deep coral-pebble accent, lit it warms into a rich amber glow. Pick the unlit colour you want by day; the lit personality is a quiet bonus.
How is the Mollo installed?
Hardwired onto a standard junction box, by a qualified electrician. Four steps:

Cut power & confirm wiring. Switch off the circuit at your breaker; confirm wall-box wiring is grounded and that supply matches AC 110 – 240 V.

Mount the iron back-plate. Secure the back-plate to a standard junction box. The plate sits flush against the wall — no specialty hardware required.

Connect & seat the resin body. Match line-to-line, neutral-to-neutral, and ground. Tuck connections, seat the resin pebble against the back-plate, and tighten.

Fit the bulb. Thread in your G9 bulb (or two, for the Twin) and restore power. The pebble should glow evenly across its full surface.
How should I plan placement and pair the two sizes?
The Mollo reads best at roughly eye level when seated — about 140 – 160 cm from the floor in a living room, or framing a bathroom mirror at 165 – 175 cm. The Solo and Twin share the same width and depth, so they pair beautifully: two Solos flanking a vanity for symmetrical light, or a Twin above a console with a Solo on the adjacent wall for an asymmetric, gallery-style composition. Stick to one finish for cohesion; mix only when you want a deliberate, curated look.
How do I clean the resin body?
Resin is more sensitive than glass — treat it gently. Wipe with a dry, soft microfibre cloth to lift dust. For fingerprints, a barely-damp cloth with plain water is enough, followed by a dry buff. Never use alcohol, solvents, citrus cleaners, or abrasive polishes — these will dull or cloud the polished-jade surface permanently. Always switch off and let the lamp cool fully before cleaning.
